Bus interchange repurposed

Project overview

Bishan has always been an area described as "boring" and oftentimes I find myself agreeing to that. With the modernisation of transportation, I believe the bishan bus interchange, which by the way takes up a sizeable area, can be repurposed into something more interesting in the future.

Site of interchange

Bird's eye view and real pictures of the bus interchange. I felt that this bus interchange was the most viable one for me to redesign as it a place I pass by almost everyday. The simple geometrical elements that make up this place also gave me more flexibility to redesign the space.
